PRICE OPTIONS
A deposit of $50.00 must first be processed upon registration. It will go towards your full payment. This happens only once with your child’s first enrollment. All future payments will not require registration or a deposit within 1 year of your child’s last participation with our program.
Once the registration & deposit are received, we will contact you to confirm availability based on spots open and any special requests.
The remaining payment must be made prior to 3 days before the first class begins. If we are unable to provide an opening for your child depending on the issue, we will refund you the deposit. This will be very unusual, as we will normally restrict registration once class spots are filled.
If you are enrolling your child after the first class begins of a term, we will deduct the missing sessions from your payment; but any bonuses or deals for the 1/2 term or full term rates will not be included.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payments will be made through our online credit card system. If you require e-transfer, cash or cheque, contact the office for special request.
PLEASE NOTE: Cheques must clear prior to 3 days before your child’s first class.
